Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 12 reviews.
This is the 2nd time I ordered these because I love them. The product is amazing but the customer service lets it down. Took over 3 months and several emails before it arrived.
This was my second order as I love the product. However I was very disappointed with the poor customer service. My order arrived 3 months late. I placed the order in February but only received it in May after 2 email reminders .
Top product, thanks
Great product purchased as gifts
Fab! Thank you
I ordered this item on the 10th December 2025 and it’s finally arrived , February 9th 2026. It was originally ordered as a Christmas present, so I haven’t passed it on to my daughter yet. I can’t comment on the product itself yet but pleased it finally arrived.
Compact & easy to carry/use
Brilliant, helped me watch the darts while away for the New Year
First time I have bought a power pack. I had to buy a charger separately but once the pack charged and magnet was attached to phone it all worked well. The pack does heat up a bit if you are looking to charge phone from 20% or lower but the pack is easy to carry around and use on the go. Only problem was the instructions were in German only but I managed to translate enough to understand what to do. I would recommend this product for iPhone or Android users.
Great product
Great bit of kit, small and does a great job
