A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or professional activity.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Northern Innovations GmbH, a-dar.com, Friedrich-Penseler-Straße 36c, 21337 Lüneburg, Germany, Email: support@a-dar.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you informed us about the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Important Notes
- We only accept returns of goods in their original packaging, undamaged, unused, and with the original security seal intact.
- Customized or personalized products cannot be returned.
General Return Guidelines
- Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Send the goods back in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use additional protective outer packaging.
- If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protective packaging to avoid transport damage.
- Please do not return goods postage unpaid.
- Please note that points 1–3 above are not mandatory requirements for exercising your legal right of withdrawal.
