- Order processing time: 1 – 3 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Shipping time: 1 – 4 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Order cutoff time: 12:00 AM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Berlin)
C. Delivery Method
We use USPS and DHL to deliver your products safely and on time.
D. Address Changes
We are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been shipped.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@a-dar.com.
E. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number that allows you to monitor your shipment until it arrives at your address.
F. Order Cancellations
If you change your mind before your order has been shipped, you may request a cancellation at any time prior to dispatch.

G. Damaged Packages During Transit
If you notice that your package has been damaged during transit, we kindly ask you to refuse delivery from the courier, if possible, and contact our customer service team immediately.
